Salon Policies


No Refunds.  In the event that there is an unsatisfactory outcome, corrections will be offered at the discretion of management on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment time or a fee of 50% the service value will be charged to the card on file.  A text, email, or voicemail are acceptable forms of notice.  We understand that cancellation fees are not popular.  We don't like them either but they are necessary to protect our time.  Please understand that there is value in having time reserved.  24 hours allows us a fair chance to offer the time to others.  


Children must be old enough and able to be quietly unsupervised for their safety and the comfort of our other guests.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will receive as much of their service as possible.  Payment will be due for the total of the scheduled service(s).
