Lash extensions begin with a full set and are maintained with fill appointments as needed. Standard fills are typically done every 2-4 weeks when at least 50% of extensions remain. Mini or extended fills are also available when clients need to come a little sooner or later than normal. We carry a wide range of curls to suit every eye as well as brown extensions for the softest most natural look.

Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO LASH EXTENSIONS WORK?
Lash extensions are attached to an isolated natural lash approximately 1 millimeter from the lashline using adhesive specially formulated for this use.
WHAT IS CLASSIC VS. VOLUME?
The volume lash technique uses thinner, lighter extensions so more than one can be placed on a natural lash. Hand created fans of extensions are created and the base of these fans are secured to the natural lash using a wrapping technique for ultimate retention using a minimal amount of adhesive. This is a highly advanced technique.
WHICH SERVICE SHOULD I BOOK?
If not currently wearing any lash extensions, a full set should be booked. Fills are maintenance appointments typically booked every 2-4 weeks.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Come with super clean lashes and remove contact lenses. Limit caffeine and beverages beforehand. (Tip: Lash naps are the best on our heated and memory foam cushioned beds)
I'M WEARING LASHES FROM ELSEWHERE, CAN I BOOK A FILL?
Yes. We will work with lash extensions from another salon whenever possible. Even if not up to our standards, if removal isn't necessary to prevent damage we will work you into our lashes as the old ones fall off. If we do determine that a removal is totally necessary, we will waive the removal fee as long as this is followed with a full set. If in doubt, we offer a complimentary consultation to have a look.
WILL I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
Allergic reactions are fairly uncommon and are typically mild. They can start at any time, even after wearing extensions for years. Signs of an allergic reaction include, itchy and swollen eyelids within the first few days after an appointment. Allergic responses are progressively severe with each exposure and don't go away even after taking a break from wearing extensions so it's important not to ignore the signs. Allergic reactions are caused by either carbon black or acrylates. While we use a carbon black free adhesive, all lash extensions adhesives contain acrylates because this is what creates the bond and makes them stick! Because of this one a client is allergic they are no longer a candidate for lash extensions. Lash lifts are often a great alternative!
Note: Irritation is sometimes mistaken for an allergic response. Signs of irritation are burning and red eyes. Irritation is often caused by eyes opening during the service, improper technique, excessive adhesive, or other manageable causes.
DO LASH EXTENSIONS CAUSE DAMAGE?
Properly applied lash extensions are comfortable, in fact you shouldn't even feel them, and do not cause damage to the natural lashes however this is where aftercare is so important. Extensions are attached to the natural lashes so how they are treated will determine if there is any damage. This means any pulling or rubbing will also pull on the natural lashes and this can cause damage. It's also very important to keep the lash line clean with daily cleansing to avoid buildup of makeup, dead skin cells, oil etc which can cause inflammation of the hair follicles and premature loss. With good aftercare the natural lashes will remain healthy and the extensions will last longer too!
