Please review our salon policies prior to booking an appointment

Age Policy

Must be 18 years or older to receive services

Preparing and arriving for your appointment

We will call or text you to come in when we are ready for you to come in but feel free to shoot us a txt when you've arrived and we will begin your service early when possible.
Please arrive with clean eyes for lash appointments or this could cut into the service time.
Avoid caffeine and other stimulants prior to lash appointments as this can cause excessive eye movement and even prevent the eye from fully closing.
Remember to remove contacts prior to lash appointments (we can provide contact cases and solution)
Pro tip: remember to bring earbuds if you like to listen to your own music books or podcasts during the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment time or a fee of 50% the service value will be charged to the card on file. No showed appointments will be charged 100% of the missed service. A text, email, or voicemail are acceptable forms of notice.

Guests

We do not allow guests including children. Our full attention will be on our clients and the service we are providing.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will receive as much of their service as possible. Payment will be due for the total of the scheduled service(s).

Refunds

No Refunds. In the event that there is an unsatisfactory outcome, corrections will be offered at the discretion of management on a case by case basis.
